How is my order packaged?

Producing beautiful packaging shouldn’t mean harming the environment.

That’s why every order is shipped in beautiful small pink boxes that are made without any oil-based plastic materials and absolutely no foam.

Each box and slip is crafted from 70% FSC paper. And don’t worry, the other 30% is recycled paper!

Within each box your jewels are packaged in a cosy pouch made from 100% cotton. They’re the perfect place to keep your jewellery safe and sound, but if you don’t need yours, they’re 100% recyclable too. So it’s win, win!

What comes with a gift wrap?

Gifting is our thing. The order will arrive beautifully gift-wrapped in our signature pink Otiumberg box with a notecard that can be hand-written with a message by our team. The service and copy details can be selected and entered in cart for £5.50

UK Shipping Information

Free UK shipping on all orders over £150 (yay!)

Delivery times are for in stock products only, excluding engraved or made to order products. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

We have partnered with Global-e for our international deliveries which are sent with DHL Express. Global-E are experts in enabling brands to sell globally, in a localised manner. Via Global-e, we offer a smooth and more efficient shopping experience including no additional charges for import duties & taxes on delivery. These will be included in the price you see or optioned to pre-pay at checkout.

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of receipt. This excludes made to order, engraved or personalised pieces which are final sale. Read more on our Visit our Returns Page for more info.

Our Returns Policy

We offer an free returns process for all our domestic UK customers.

From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 14 days to fall in love. If you decide your piece is not right for you, email us to initiate your return!

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging.

For UK customers, we offer a free returns label. Products purchased online can also be returned to our studio in West London.

For international customers, we accept international returns, however, as a growing family business we are unable to cover the cost of the return postage.

Custom and engraved items are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

We will process your refund within 3 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 5-7 working days to credit your account.

Exchanges We’re happy to issue one exchange per order. For an exchange on orders under £100, we charge a small handling fee of £4.80 to cover the second shipment.
