Meet Freya, the talented ceramicist joining our London family. We spent the afternoon at Freya's studio to explore her work that celebrates the importance of connecting with the natural world. A sentiment we relate to here at Otiumberg.

Freya grew up surrounded by clay. Her father, Chris Bramble, has been teaching pottery and hand-crafting pots and sculptural pieces for over 40 years. Since diving into the craft in her 20's, Freya has shared that passion for teaching. She often cites how pottery can be an important means of connection and inspiration.

We couldn't agree more, an afternoon spent surrounded by her pieces, made from stoneware clay and sometimes porcelain, ranging from plates and bowls to vast, richly glazed vases, some almost the size of a person, was both magical and enriching.
