As a family business, we really value your custom and want to make sure your shopping experience with us is transparent and as easy as possible.

We ship globally from our studio in London, UK.
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days from the order date. 
We have partnered with DPD Signed for service for UK shipping and DHL Signed for service for all international shipping.
We suggest you choose a delivery address where someone is guaranteed to be in to sign for your order. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered items caused by incorrect address details. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.

PLEASE NOTE: any queries regarding delivery once the order has left our workshop must be raised directly with the courier.

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £250 (yay!)

Delivery times are for in stock products only, excluding engraved or made to order products.
All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.
Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

We now also offer a Click & Collect service where customers can pick up an item from our studio 24 hours from the order date. Please note that this is available Mon - Friday between the hours of 10am and 5.30pm. If you have any questions on this or need a more urgent collection please call or email our studio.

Delivery time applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland where delivery may take slightly longer.
