At Otiumberg, we want to encourage a more circular economy and way of thinking when it comes to fashion. That's why we have introduced a restore and recycling scheme.

Repair & Restore

Each piece from Otiumberg’s contemporary collection, crafted in 9kt gold, sterling silver, or gold vermeil, is accompanied by a one-year warranty. For our fine jewellery collection in 14kt gold, we are pleased to extend this assurance to two years.

After a year, we offer an easy-to-access and affordable repair service that covers all needs from re-plating to stone replacement.

For those of you who can visit our showroom, we'd be happy to clean your Otiumberg jewellery during your appointment.

Let's Recycle Together

Send us your unwanted hallmarked sterling silver and solid gold jewellery (from any brand, excluding beaded and enamelled pieces), and we’ll recycle it for you. Please note: a minimum of five jewellery pieces is required per return.

Once the pieces are received and verified by our team a discount code will be issued and valid for 6 months. For every parcel you will receive a £20 voucher to spend on Otiumberg. Please note that there is a minimum order value of £200. Codes are single use and can not be used in conjunction with any other codes or promotions.

  • Once the team have received and verified the pieces - typically 3-5 days after delivery - we will reach out with the personalised discount code.

  • Yes, any hallmarked silver or gold jewellery whether Otiumberg or not. Unfortunately we cannot accept plated pieces yet.

  • Yes, if the piece is out of warranty the restore service offers a re-plate of your Otiumberg piece. Prices can range from £20 to £50 depending on the surface area of the design. Please note that there will be a shipping charge for the shipment back to you.

  • The time for the repair or re-plate depends on the extend of the work. We always strive to get pieces back to the customer within a maximum of 8 weeks. Typically we are looking at a 4-6 week turn around.

  • Gemstones are natural and vary in their porosity making some more delicate than others. Therefore, we are note able to offer the service on opal, rainbow stones, white topaz, emerald, ruby, pearl or turquoise. Our customer service team will be able to answer any of your questions should you wish to enquire about your piece.

  • Yes, as part of our restore service we offer a cleaning service on Otiumberg jewellery. We use an ultra sonic cleaning machine with a specialised jewellery cleaning solution. We ask that customers cover to send the piece into us with a tracked delivery partner. The cost of the cleaning £10 + return shipping costs. Please reach out to customer service should you wish to proceed.
