How does the process for a virtual appointment work?
Select a convenient time, sign up with your info and we’ll send a confirmation email with a Zoom link for the call.
When the time comes, simply click on the link to join the video call.
Each virtual appointment is a maximum of 30 minutes long, so we recommend browsing our site ahead of time in order to ensure that we can show you any styles thoroughly.
How will the jewellery be shown on digital appointments?
We use our white ears for earrings and our team member will model pieces on themselves for context of how the piece fits in real life.
How does it work on arrival at the boutique?
We’re situated inside a shared workspace called Metal Box Factory, which is a short walk from London Bridge & Borough Market.
Do make your way into reception, give us a call once you have arrived and we will come to collect you.
We ask that all customers bring a mask with them and wash their hands on arrival. Please note that all jewellery touched in the appointment is sterilised afterwards.
How many people can attend a boutique appointment?
We can host up to 3 people. If you’d like to attend with more, please get in touch.
What jewellery can I try on at the boutique & do you have all sizes?
All jewellery can be tried on except for earrings. Our styling assistant will be on hand to help advise on sizing and fit.
We typically have every piece and size available. We also have a ring sizer if you do not yet know your size.

We are located inside Metal box factory which is located just a few minutes walk from London Bridge and a ten minute walk from Waterloo.
Our closest tube stations are London Bridge and Southwark.
We're a stone's throw from the Tate Modern & the famous Borough Market. Both ideal for a post-appointment visit!
