Craftsmanship & Design
Chapter One was designed alongside our contemporary collection in London and brought to life by our trusted international ateliers, many of whom have been with us since day one.
The process begins with our design team in London, who conceptualise and design in detail each and every piece. The design is finally brought to life collaboratively with our workshops, which involves multiple highly-skilled stages from casting to polishing and hand-setting each gemstone. The process is rooted in centuries-old tradition, and we take huge pride in this process, with each artisan forging a deep connection with the materials they shape.
14-Karat Solid Gold
Chosen for its enduring beauty, subtle warmth and everyday wearability, it is a fine choice for those seeking pieces with a slightly deeper hue than our contemporary collection crafted in 9-karat solid gold. Comprising 58.3% pure gold, the remaining portion of 14-karat solid gold is made up of other metals like silver, nickel, and copper. This alloy composition offers increased durability and resistance to scratches and dents compared to pure gold, making these pieces suitable for everyday wear.
We are proud to use 100% repurposed gold to support our carbon reduction goals. This gold is supplied by refineries that are certified for their quality and responsibility by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and London Bullion Market Association (LBMA).
