An exciting new energetic presence on the London food scene, Ixta is winning over the industry on her own terms with her take on fusion flavours.
Ixta taught herself to cook, absorbing influences from her family's Italian, Brazilian and Mexican heritage. She started out running her own catering company before moving to Ottolenghi's NOPI restaurant and Test Kitchen, and co-wrote the bestselling 'Ottolenghi Flavour'.
