SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY EXECUTIVE

The ideal candidate will be social media obsessive with a passion for luxury fashion and jewellery, an all-round social guru across all platforms, creators, and channels. You will be working directly with the co-founders and marketing manager with a keen eye for detail, great interpersonal skills, creative flair and a can-do, self-starter approach. This role will manage Otiumberg’s online presence by producing strong content, analysing data, facilitating customer service across social channels and managing projects and campaigns.

This is unique opportunity for anyone with over 2 - 3 years’ experience in content creation, social media management and

community building. Advanced Adobe suite technical skills and experience in producing content across Instagram,

TikTok, and YouTube is essential.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies across all social channels to build brand awareness, develop community and drive sales.

  • Create and post quality original content for all social media channels.

  • Define and develop our brand tone of voice and aesthetic across social channels with the Head of Brand and Marketing Manager.

  • Stay informed and ahead of social trends and digital channel updates to ensure Otiumberg remains relevant and effective.

  • Support and contribute to the overarching marketing strategy, working closely with the co-founders, Marketing Manager and PR agency to develop concise messaging and impactful launches.

  • Brainstorm new and creative ideas to engage the community with compelling content, develop and oversee competitions and collaborations to draw attention to the brand.

  • Own and manage the social marketing calendar with the support of the Marketing Manager.

  • Measure and report on performance/success of all social and marketing campaigns leveraging tools such as Hootsuite and Later.

  • Social listening and response to our customers and community online.

  • Manage direct relationships with customers and talent on DM where applicable alongside the Customer Experience Executive.

  • Maintain excellent communication with the stakeholders and brand partners.

  • Support and develop the Otiumberg community with the PR team and Marketing Manager to achieve follower growth and engagement including on-going research of new talent.

  • Support of content development across Otiumberg shoots and offline events.

  • Support the PR agency with overseeing influencer gifting and shoot loans.

  • Oversee the creation and upload of imagery and video on product pages with the support of the Product & Merchandising Officer.

  • Ensure imagery is updated and product merchandised effectively across Otiumberg.com with the support of the Product & Merchandising Officer.

  • Support the Head of Brand with broader website development in partnership with our development team.

  • The creation of weekly email content with the support of the Marketing Manager to ensure the messaging is cohesive with social activity.

Who You Are
  • Highly motivated and digital native.

  • Confident with a strong ability to build relationships.

  • 3 - 4 years’ experience in social media and community roles within the luxury / fashion retail environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written.

  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Graphic Design and Adobe skills are essential.
