As a family business, we really value your custom and want to make sure your shopping experience with us is transparent and as easy as possible.

We ship globally from our studio in London, UK and aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days from the order date. However during busy periods or during UK Bank Holidays this may take longer. We have partnered with DPD Signed for service for UK shipping and DHL Signed for service for all international shipping. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

We suggest you choose a delivery address where someone is guaranteed to be in to sign for your order. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered items caused by incorrect address details. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.

Any queries regarding delivery once the order has left our workshop must be raised directly with the courier.

We have partnered with Global-e for our international delivery. Global-E are experts in enabling brands to sell globally, in a localised manner to customers worldwide. In partnership Global-e we offer a smooth and efficient shopping experience including no additional charges for import duties & taxes on delivery. These will be included in the price you see or optioned to pre-pay at checkout.
